|Very often, dealing over the Internet can lead to questions or even doubts about the business or people at the other end of the connection - away there in
South Africa. We realise there is a lot of trust involved when dealing with people who you have never met. To ease these feelings and to provide a reference - a recent letter of a tour group is published here
in HTML format. Anyone of them can be contacted personally to talk over their holiday experience. I also feel it is worth mentioning that Coastal Golf and Safari do not ask for these referrals, but were
provided by the clients on their suggestion:
This is by way of a thank you for organising such a fantastic holiday for us all and something of a testimonial letter which you should feel free to use in whatever way you choose.
I found you on the Internet by the words golf and coast. I must confess that I was a little apprehensive in booking, as you were, at least from my perspective, an
unknown quantity. However, the way that you dealt with my questions and the speed and detail of your replies gave me confidence that you were genuine and so it proved to be.
You organised a really well balanced holiday for us – no easy task given the fact that you had four golfers to satisfy and three non-golfers. Each and every one of the party really
enjoyed the experience and appreciate the hard work you put in to satisfy our sometimes competing requests. The hotel accommodation, although probably nearer three star than four by European standards, was really very
good. The staff were all welcoming and helpful and the locations were attractive.
The golf courses were real gems in wonderful coastal locations. I only wish our golf had been up to the challenge, but we enjoyed it anyway! The services and facilities at the clubs were
as good as you will find anywhere and the club houses palatial.
We would thoroughly commend a golfing holiday in the area to anyone looking for winter sun in a fantastic location with a great tour guide.

An addendum from the non golfers …..
The programme of activities worked well for us too, as there was a good balance of golf and other activities on the trip already. In addition, there were numerous beaches and conservation
areas to be explored while the golfers were out, and the hotels were very attractive if all you wanted to do was relax. Matt found tennis courts, and a display of Zulu life and dancing in addition to our original
programme, not forgetting finding African printed fabric and a Church service on a Sunday morning for one of us. His flexibility and willingness to help were great assets. We had a great time!
